Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

 To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email is fine).

How to Start a Return

Email support@lovewhisper.shop with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos — we’ll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Lost Items

If for any reason the item never arrives, please email us at support@lovewhisper.shop and we will provide a replacement without any cost to you.

Change of Minds

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind, and that’s okay! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for change of mind within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancelling or Changing Orders

We start creating your piece as soon as your order is placed, so please double-check all details — including style and metal colour — before confirming your purchase. If you need to cancel or make changes, contact us immediately at support@lovewhisper.shop. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if production has already begun, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order.

Exchanges

To make an exchange simple and fast, please return your current item first. After your return is accepted, you can place a new order for your preferred item.

Incorrect Item or Spelling

If your product arrives different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@lovewhisper.shop and include a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or repair as soon as possible to make things right. Please note, we don’t offer refunds for incorrect items — instead, we’ll repair or replace them in line with our company policy and ACCC guidelines.
